Have had Harwich Port Heating & Cooling replace complete HVAC system this year. Have also had electrical repairs done. The technicians have been very knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. The company responds promptly to calls for scheduling and lets you know when the technician will arrive. We have been very pleased with all their services.
I can’t say enough about our service experience with HPHC. Especially our technician!! We have an old, some may say ancient, unit that is notoriously difficult to service. On top of that, our heat wasn’t working at all! After coming across every possible curve ball, our furnace could have to throw they got us up and running… only for the control board to go 5 min later. Our technician was so attentive and thoughtful. Now we are warm and cozy and very very grateful to HPHC!
We had a new whole house air-conditioner system installed. The crew was great. They came on time and were very respectful. They explained everything and were super clean and careful. It was a real pleasure having them in our house. They did a super job. They were the kind of employees a company should be proud to have. I would rate this a A+. 5 Stars for sure.

We’re very grateful to Harwich Port Heating & Cooling, during a family loss they rushed an installation for our mother to avoid any further inconvenience. It was a tough time for the family and they couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
